Happy Cleaning Services have a variety of cleaning options available to suit everyone's needs!

  Regular ongoing cleaning appointments at a fixed hourly rate.

Options of weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Hourly options of 1 to 6 hours. 

Please be mindful and have realistic expectations of what our cleaners 

can accomplish within your set timeframe.

Inclusions below, but not limited to: 

KITCHEN

General tidy up, clean stovetop, Clean rangehood, inclusive of vents 

Wipe down all surfaces (benchtops, windowsills, cupboard doors, skirting 

boards, kickboards) Wipe down exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, 

kettle) Clean out fridge (removal of expired items, wash shelving) 

Clean microwave, Wash sink & polish tapware, Wash, stack and 

unload dishwasher (if applicable) Wash any leftover dishes and allow

for drip-dry, Dust, Vacuum & Mop, Empty bins

BATHROOM

General tidy up, clean basin, vanity, mirrors, splash back

Clean & disinfect toilets, clean bath, shower and shower screens

Wipe down any other surfaces (windowsill, fan) 

Dust, Vacuum & Mop, Empty bins

LIVING AREAS

General tidy up, Wipe down any surfaces, windowsills, furniture

Dust, Vacuum & Mop

BEDROOMS

General tidy up, Dust, Vacuum & Mop, Wipe down any surfaces

 (cupboard doors, windowsills, furniture) Change bed linen 

OTHER SERVICES

Deep clean of Oven, Window Cleaning (Interior & Exterior)  

Steam Cleaning (notice required) Grout & Tile Refresh, Pressure Washing

An End of Lease or Settlement Day cleaning services requires a quote beforehand (valid for 14 days upon issues) Payment is required to be paid in full to secure your booking. 

KITCHEN

 Oven Deep Clean, Clean stovetop, Deep clean rangehood; inclusive of vents

Dust, Vacuum & Mop, clean interior of linen closets/fixed storage spaces

BEDROOMS

Dust, Vacuum & Mop, Wipe down any surfaces

 (cupboard doors, window sills,) clean interior of any built in robes, walk in robes

OTHER/THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY (INTERIOR)

Window Cleaning (Interior incl. of tracks) wipe all powerpoints/tv points/light switches

 throughout the house, spot clean the interior walls, 

wipe down any blinds/curtains, clean light shades,

OVEN DEEP CLEAN (600mm & 900mm OVENS)

Oven is dismantled internally, all removable sections will be taken out, scrubbed, soaked & cleaned. This includes (but not limited to) trays, side racks, oven back, fan etc.

Then once parts are returned to their former glory, put back together, providing you with a near-new looking oven!   

WINDOW CLEANING (EXTERIOR, INTERIOR or BOTH)

All glass panes are cleared of any marks, debris etc.

with the windowsills, trims & tracks receiving a good soak

and a wipe down for that desired neat result. 

Carpet Steam Cleaning is included in our End of Lease/Settlement Day Cleaning option, unless specified otherwise. We use commercial grade equipment with a high-quality stain remover product and a pet deodoriser.
