YOU or YOUR, this means YOU as the client
ME or MY, this means me (Tanika Marie Williams) / Happy Cleaning Services (HCS)
ABN 92 121 823 304 as YOUR Service provider.
PARTY or PARTIES, this means both YOU and ME collectively.
A Service Agreement (Contract/Terms of Service) defines YOUR rights and responsibilities as a client, and MY rights and responsibilities as YOUR Service Provider. A Service Agreement also describes what MY cleaning services are and what YOU want within the appointed timeframe, delivered by ME. This document clearly defines in writing for both YOU and ME, how we have made an agreement, this protects both YOU and ME. It will be signed by both YOU and ME.
A Service Agreement is necessary for clients who opt for regular house cleaning services. They can choose a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule. The minimum booking is one hour, with a maximum of five hours as detailed in the Service Agreement. Both clients and Happy Cleaning Services will sign the Service Agreement to formalize the arrangement. Clients can specify their cleaning requirements within the agreed timeframe, or they can trust HCS to prioritize tasks as needed.
Clients are required to give Happy Cleaning Services two weeks' notice if they wish to discontinue the contracted services. The Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy will still be applicable.
Tax Invoices will be sent via email, along with a monthly statement of services. Payment for the invoice is due 3 days after the service has been provided.
